Our action guideline for protecting personal information
We, at SANVIC, respect our customers' privacy and are committed to the management of personal data (information which may identify name, address, telephone number etc) as set out as follows.
Customers and the general public can access our website without disclosing their identity.

We have appointed a personal data manager and manage customers' personal data according to our Personal Data Protection Policy.
2. Objectives of Use of Personal Data and Scope of Collection
When given personal data such as name, address, telephone number or email address, we will inform you of your contact in our company and our scope of use of the information, making sure your personal information will be collected only within the set scope.
3. Your personal data may be used for the following purpose:

Sending out mail magazines, questionnaires and other advertisements

4. Third party disclosure
We will not provide nor disclose our customers' personal data to any third party unless we have agreement from the customer to do so or required by laws and regulations
5. Management of the third party sub contractors
In order to comply with our data protection policy, when we share customers' personal data with our sub contractors, we will impose a stringent data protection policy on them via a written agreement, making sure that they comply with our policy.

We will continue our efforts to ensure and improve data security in order to prevent leakage, loss and falsification of customers' personal data.

If a customer wants to disclose or correct his/her personal data retained by us, we will do so within a reasonable time scale and scope, after confirming that the request is indeed coming from the customer him/her self.
