The core business of SANVIC is plastic sheet manufacturing.
There are two main ways to manufacture plastic sheet.
The first method is extrusion. SANVIC uses extrusion to produce plastic sheets from polypropylene and polyethylene as well as acrylic and polyester. It is said in the plastic sheet industry that there is no general-purpose plastic that cannot be produced by SANVIC's extruders.
Another is the calendar roll process. At the time of foundation (1952), SANVIC was mainly producing PVC sheets using this process. Since 1966 we started producing olefin series plastics using this process.
A special feature of SANVIC's products is their great variety, exclusive to us, created by our technological expertise, and used in many different industries,. Examples of everyday items include 'Shampoo Cloth' used by hairdressers, and as bank passbook covers.
We also have two cutting machines so that we can supply the product cut into specified shapes.
These processes comply with ISO9001 and we conduct further rigorous quality inspections on certain products.
